Community Marquee Reserved Table
Enjoy the races from the comfort of your own table in the community marquee. Centrally located and with access to the Lawn Bar, tables of 10 can be reserved.
Umbrella Package
Take your party trackside with table for 10, under your own white umbrella on the lawned area, right near Fashions on the Field and with access to the Lawn Bar.i
Mini Marquee
(4 x 6 area trackside or southside)
Entertain up to 20 guests in your own marquee, including a trestle table and 10 chairs. You have the option of using. the lawn bar to purchase your drinks or place an alcohol order with the HJC .

Entertainer Marquee
(6 x 9 m area Trackside or Southside)
Gather a group and enjoy the races with up to 40 guests, including 2 x trestle tables and 15 chairs. You have the option of using the lawn bar to purchase your drinks or place an alcohol order with the HJC . Deluxe Marquee
(9 x 9m area Trackside )
SOLD OUT. With up to 70 guests, this is the best way to enjoy a big gathering. Included in your package are 2 x trestle tables and 20 chairs. You have the option of using the lawn bar to purchase your drinks or place an alcohol order with the HJC. Customise your experience with additional furniture and catering. Alcohol
Please note that in 2024, due to a change in our liquor license, all marquees that pre order alcohol will be required to have each drink served by an RSA qualified server supplied by the HJC. The HJC will be subsiding the cost of staff, however there will be an additional fee of $200 for any marquee that pre orders alcohol. This will be included in your alcohol order that will be sent to you once you have booked a marquee.
